Blending dynamic physicalisation, vocal exploration, and acting techniques (including Meissner and Adler actor training activities) this workshop aims to elevate your Shakespeare monologues to engaging, expressive performances.

Rhona Bechaz is a Meanjin/Brisbane-based teaching artist and director working with artists and communities across Queensland. Driven by a passion for storytelling, she empowers actors through a dynamic, inquiry-based approach that blends play, physicality, and rigorous technique.

As Artistic Director of Vox Theatre, her recent credits include Ride the Cyclone (Dir, 2025), As You Like It (Prod. 2025), If/Then (Prod. 2025), and A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Dir. 2024).
